World Refugee Day Presentation: Aung Ki

In celebration of World Refugee Day, CCIR is providing informative, zoom presentations to assist viewers in understanding the refugee experience from a variety of cultures.

Our second featured speaker is Aung Ki. He grew up in Myanmar and fled to Malaysia to receive UN protection when he was 19 years old. Spending 12 years in Malaysia, he is now living in Kansas City, KS. Aung recently became employed as a Farm Bureau Agent and attends UMKC where he is studying Business Management.
