If you believe you are currently being trafficked, we urge you to call or text the National Human Trafficking Hotline. They operate 24/7 and work quickly to get you the support you need.

Local & Regional Organizations
Legal Aid of Western Missouri • Human Trafficking Unit - Represents people with civil (non-criminal) legal problems arising from trafficking
Lighthouse Project - Provides comprehensive services to survivors of human trafficking, as well as training and outreach within the community to increase awareness and identification of survivors
Metropolitan Organization to Counter Sexual Assault - Free-of-charge counseling to children, families, and individuals.
Restoration House KC - Long-term, residential housing with faith-based restorative programs and services for adult women and minor girl survivors of human trafficking
Stop Trafficking Project - Helps caregivers and service providers identify signs of trafficking
National Organizations
National Human Trafficking Hotline - In addition to the hotline, this national organization allows people to report tips, learn about trafficking, and hosts a large database of other resources
US Department of Health and Human Services • Office on Trafficking In Persons - Combats human trafficking by supporting and leading systems that prevent trafficking through public awareness and protect victims through identification and assistance, helping them re-build their lives and become self-sufficient.
