How to Work Effectively with an Interpreter

A range of refugees and immigrants representing diverse ethnicities and languages live and resettle in the Kansas City metro.

To welcome them, and help them through our complex systems, we need to interact collaboratively so they can thrive in the community. This presentation offers training for persons who provide services to limited-English individuals including: those who work in education, healthcare, social services, and in businesses that employ new refugees and immigrants as well as community members.
